CSS/xHTML Programmer to build designed site

I have begun designing portfolio websites for theatre professional and am still learning programming. I am looking for someone to take a site I have designed in photoshop and build it in or move into DW. The site is pretty simple with about 10 pages. It has custom scroll bars and a media section which will includes short videos, eventually a reel ( I think some javascript, but not really sure, to be discussed). Hardly any backgrounds and simple navigation. I cannot post the site for everyone so please provide me a bid based on this and I will send it at that time. I am on a tight schedule and need to have the core site with media live (can continue to work on after) by the end of the February.
