CSS Web Designer with Mobile Exp.

We have already programmed the functionality of the site. Need a designer to build HTML and CSS site from our mock-up. No slicing, want style block for each tag. Needs to be neat, organized and well documented code. Will work with our programmer so no coding necessary. Excellent communication skills. Experienced in mobile/tablet design too! Submit samples of your CSS work, ie. sites you’ve done. Possibility of more projects.
