CSS needed on 6 html pages for web template

Hello, I have 6 pages in html coded with information for the web pages but they need to be styled with CSS according to the designs I have made in photoshop to make them visible online and link to each other. Its for a template, doesnt have to be a working website. Html might need to be corrected. Would appreciate if someone could help.its quite urgent.we can negotiate the pay.
