We've created the wireframes (with text) for 27 pages (one page is a long sales page). These wireframes are contained on on Cacoo.com (a link can be sent at your request.)

We will purchase the template and would like you manipulate it to replicate our wireframes. A lot of it is very easy as we have a minimalist functionality.
The end result will be the CSS/HTML. There is a little Java/JQUERY require for form validation.
