Crystal Reports help

I hope you can help.

I recently downloaded Crystal reports to trial. The reason being we have a SQL data base we use for our clothing retail side of our business. The Data base we use at the moment has weak report features and does not display categories in a clear manner the ay we need it. This is where we hope crystal will come in.

Before we commit to the software I would like to get a hand at seeing if the software is what we are looking and answers our problems we are having with our reports.


After that we can look at a more detail training season where you could perhaps spend a day or two here in out offices training us to use the template you could build for us and help us create new ones if needed.

The basic report needs to show the following sort of columns from out data in a report we can use as a weekly report to keep us up to date with stock movements and sales.


Product Name
Stock Code
Units in stock
Units Sold by weekly, monthly and per year
Stock Values
Cost
Average selling Price incl Vat
Average selling Price Ex vat
Performance -Top Sellers by Margin, Turn over, Unit Amounts

I realise this might by off the normal service you offer but I do not really have time to train at a course right now, and not even sure I want to, I would rather have it set up by someone that knows what he is doing to be honest.
