Cryptolocker File Decryption - 1 for now, more besides

We have been hit by Cryptolocker Ransomware!

I have a file which I need "decrypting" urgently (an Open Office file attached). Please note, there is no concern over the file transmitting the Crytotocker Ransomware!

Please only bid if you know what you are doing and will be able to decrypt this file. This is why I have sent the file in this post (i.e. have a look and have a go before bidding).

Furthermore, I will pay £15.00 for the project. No more, no less. Bids of more or less than £15 will be discounted as it is clear you have not read this advert fully.

Moreover, I have a few other files which may require decryption (anywhere between 1 and 100). I would therefor as that you provide me with a cost to decrypt each file based on the following parameters:

1. I send between 1 and 20 files to you
2. I send between 21 and 50 files to you (on sending the 21st file, I would expect you to apply the same discount to the first 20 files and reimburse me accordingly)
3. I send between 51 and 100 files to you (on sending the 51st file, I would expect you to apply the same discount to the first 50 files and reimburse me accordingly)

Again, if you proposal does not include the cost per file as detailed above, it will be ignored as you won't have read this advert fully.

I will be listing this advert on 4 bulletin boards in total and hence, may not select a candidate from PPH.

Finally, I am on a tight timescale and will hence be making my decision on Tuesday or Wednesday. I will expect a turnaround of no more than 24 hours. If you wouldn't be able to turn this project around in this time, please do not apply.
