Cross-Platform mobile app development and Content Management System

Hi - I am just putting some feelers out there to see if there is a single person here or maybe different people on here who could work together.

We need a mobile app for iOS (iPhone) and Android mobile devices.

We will supply all the graphics etc..

The app itself will be very basic and have 5 tabs all with content, e.g.

1) About Us
2) News
3) Videos
4) Bio

You get the drift. The content of the app although must be updatable via some sort of backend portal or CMS.

I am thinking either PhoneGap or Titanium.

Oh yes the deadline would be 5-6 weeks!
