Crime Figure Data Entry

I need someone to collate data from several spreadsheets from this website http://www.unodc.org/unodc/data-and-analysis/statistics/crime.html (if you click on the links it will start an excel download) and enter them onto the correct fields on a spreadsheet I will provide (attached).

I'm only interested in the figures from 2011. If there are no figures recorded for that year use the data from the next available year.

If there is no data available at all leave it blank.

If there is a country missing from my list that appears on one of the crime spreadsheets please add it.

If you use vlookup or any formulas please make sure only the pure number values are left in the cells.
