Crete a web video - 1 minute long

I am looking for someone to create a web video for my website - about 1 minute long similar to: http://www.lynda.com/home/VideoPlayer.aspx?lpk4=73

I will provide the video of the presenter, along with other video clips to be used and the storyboard. I will also provide the screenshots of the product being demoed.

You will take these and edit to create a video maybe using Flash and output it as Mp4 of similar.
