Crest design

I need work to be done on existing crest of a small Champagne house.
The goal is to integrate them in existing brand (labels etc...).
Crest will remain old fashion.
Ideally I would like the person to be based in London and to meet her for a quick brief on the work.
I might have a couple of other work to give if the illustrationist/drawer/designer does well with this part.
