We need to articulate a letter to a person, currently in prison, offering him a job working for our charity.

This offer would help this person both with his immigration matter and also his early release from prison. The letter should state the nature of the job. It has to be addressed to the applicant and highlight the qualities for which we are choosing him. It should also emphasise the reasons why he is offered such a job despite our knowledge of his conviction.

This person stuggled when he first came to the UK and a lot more before that and we were witness of that.What he did was not to pamper himself but he was dragged into it to get himself out of the misery of this life and eventually got trapped into it.

If he was after money, he wouldn't have volunteered for so many organisations and one of them was ours. I believe that he is to be trusted amongst those who he volunteered for. He could be trusted and could be relied on to do the job. I also believe that he has a great deal of experience.
