Creative Graphic Designer wanted

Hi, I am a creative freelance graphic designer, specialising in product and packaging design. I have a small successful business and I am looking for talented versatile UK freelance graphic designers to help me in maintaining the workload I have from my existing client base.

The majority of my work involves creating detailed concept visuals and artwork for clients and manufacturers of FMCG products and packaging. I also work on new brand development, brand guidelines, logo design, POS materials and occasionally leaflets, brochures and stationery items.

My client base is varied and eclectic - ranging from high profile multi-national Health & Beauty/Toiletry/Fashion brands, Design & Advertising agencies, Confectionery/Food & Drink packaging to small individual start-up companies.

I have worked with many licensors and brands - BBC, Disney, Mattel and Conran to name but a few and so have a good understanding of what it takes to see a project from concept sketch stage through to finished artwork. I am ideally looking for someone who can design and illustrate products and produce print-ready artwork.

Projects vary in age range from pre-school to adult...so never a dull moment!

I’m looking for someone who is creative, has a flair for innovative design and who shows originality in their work. Someone who is hard-working and conscientious and is used to working to deadlines. Someone who has amazing Mac skills and who knows their way around Adobe CS4 Creative Suite. A sense of humour would be great too - you definitely need one in this job…

As with most freelance design, the workload is not constant - some months there may be lots of work and some months there might only be one or two jobs. This position would be ideal for someone who is looking to add some creativity and variety to their freelance portfolio.
