Creative Architectural and Interior Designer with CAD skills needed

Hello,

Iam planning renovation of a house on a tight budget.

I am looking for someone who is creative with spatial awareness and ideally is professionally trained/experienced in Architecture/Design to

-Review my proposed floor plans .
-Help with the interior design details.
-Lighting and heating plans.
-Input in specifying fittings and finding appropriate items (including online)
-Draw CAD working drawings and specifications for the builders and building control.
-Available to start without much lead time.

Since a site visit would be required ,I would like someone who is in a position to travel to North London and is able to provide at least a couple of references .Please find the original and proposed layouts.

I prefer a fixed price for each tranche of work,but am open to other arrangements.
