Creation of a web based print service using Shutterstock API

General information for the website: Digital Print Services
Description of requirements/features: We are looking to create a web based ordering portal that can link into the Shutterstock API for selection of stock images and then based on a width / height selection allow cropping of the image and production of a cropped image at the size specified with a print resolution of 300dpi.

As a starting point we are simply looking to create the following process.

1. Search and selection of shutterstock images embedded into a web page.
2. Selection of an image followed by size selection (width/height)
3. Display of a constrained cropping box based on size selection
4. Saving of the cropped and sized hi-res image into a temporary folder on web server (shutterstock account can be set up with limited credits for testing)

The platform we use is php and jquery and would like the webpage to be mobile compatible also. This simply needs to be a functioning system and design/interface look is not important.

If this is successful the project can move onto the next phase.
