Creation of a Hotel Accommodation Site with XML api

Creation of a site for Hotel Accommodation similar to another one.
There has to be built an intro page, a hotel categories page with a booking engine as it appears there, a hotel listing page, the selected hotel info and a check out page.
Integration of an XML api for the booking tool.
The database is ready and it needs the connection to the booking api and the provider

The deliverable are:
- 2 pages (php-mysql in wp platform (preferred) according to specific site. Scripts and images will be changed by us
- 1 product listing (hotel) page that first searches in the db for own hotels and then connects to XML provider (providers in the future) for retrieving data (XML integration is not part of this project but I will select the one who can deliver both).
- 1 check out page (here we must keep client and reservation details in our db)
- the payment gateway will be integrate by us
