Creation of a 30 second After Effects vector animation

I am looking for an After Effects animator to create a 30 second vector-animated video. The final master video will be expected as 1920 by 1080 pro res 422 HQ .mov

The animator will receive a pre-recorded voice over segment with music; you will also receive a storyboard to work from.

The Storyboard will be a loose depiction of the animation required. I am looking for someone with creative flair to fill in the blanks.

All the necessary logos and branding info including a colour range will be provided.

The applicant should be able to animate using After Effects and vectors to a high standard.

The artist must use his or her own royalty free vector images and have a good library of elements.

You must allow for three possible cut revisions inside your quote. The third set of revision will produce the 4th and final cut.

You will also be requested to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if you are successful.

You will also be requested to hand over full copyright of the final cut to me on completion of the project.
