I want to create a freelancer website. Only people with high skill level in commercial oriented website, Jquery and Php should bid. If you know you will not give this project 100% attention PLEASE DON'T BID!
Job Terms (Its very important you read)
A. JOB EXECUTION
1. YOU ARE NOT TO EXECUTE THIS JOB ALONG WITH OTHER JOBS AT THE SAME TIME. If this is observed your contract will be subject to automatic cancellation and you will loose what ever work done and no payment will be made.
2.You need to use your intuition and knowledge of freelancing sites to add important features missed out in the job description.
3. Your job will include design contributions which means that you can suggest to client that a particular design provided by client can be made better or simpler.
4. Freelancer and client can discuss parts of the job description and come to an agreement on how to adress that part (Client has final say).
5. Due to PPH file size limits, I am unable to upload the approx. 20 pages (may be more). The initial html of the homepage site has been done.
B. PAYMENTS
1. You are expected to work with milestones and stick to them. Because the target for completion of the job is 1 month, I will be taking milestone targets very seriously. Failure to reach agreed milestones will result in termination of the contract with no payments.
2. Payment approach is ALL or NONe. When you complete the job, your entire money will be released to you.
3. Half of the money will be paid to ESCROW from day 1 of the project to week 2. On week 2 if you have met week 2 milestone, the remaining half of your payment will be paid to ESCROW. By week 4 (completion week), when work is complete satisfactorily, your entire money will be released to you no questions asked.
4. $2000 is the maximum payment I will make on this job. However entirely at my discretion, under no obligation, I can decide to add a little fund but this will be based on the freelancers dedicated attitude to this project and ability to meet with milestones.
