Create Wordpress theme based on PSD design I have for home page of website

Hello,

I am looking for a developer who can take a PSD I have as a mock up for the home page of a site, from this design you will then need to create designs for full width page, sidebar page (sidebar right), gallery (different projects need to be in their own gallery folder), testimonials page & contact us page.

You will then need to turn this into a Wordpress theme. The main functionality will be the ability to add new pictures when projects are complete and the ease of use for the site. No Admin controls are necessary within Wordpress.

The site is for a local building company in England and the design and wording will need to reflect this!

I am looking to get started and finished ASAP!
