Create Word document with Excel schedule embedded

The Excel part of the document must be fully functional on the word document. (I assume this is possible?)

1st attachment is the document to be configured.

2nd document is scan of how completed document to look:
- Changed area circled in green
- Red writing is instructions only so not to be included on new doc

1-10 in red are as follows:
1. To be input manually
2. To be £2000 by default, but can be changed manually
3. To be £2000 by default, but can be changed manually
4. To be 22.5% of (sum below)
5. To be 22.5% of (of sum below)
6. To be £3000 by default, but can be changed manually
7. To be 22.5% of (of sum below)
8. To be 22.5% of (sum below)
9. To be 10% of (sum below)
10. To be £1000 by default, but can be changed manually

Sum for 4,5,7,8,9: To be 22.5% of (1 minus 2,3,4&9)
