Create suitable artwork for a 3x3m pop-up stand based on an existing PDF

I'm looking for artwork for a 3x3m pop-up stand such as this one:

With artwork that complies with the following guidelines:

I'd like the artwork to be based on the masthead of the attached PDF, with the company name (AUTOMATION LOGIC), logo and tag line (Better Business Through Automation) redrawn as vector graphics that can be resized without distortion, whilst the image can be embedded.

The image is 300dpi and 1694 x 1133 px jpeg from istockphoto (attached). If this distorts when resized, that's OK - it's quite abstract as it is. I also have a larger image (3872x2592 px) which I'd rather use, but there seems to be a 5Mb upload limit and the file is 7Mb. Maybe I can send this direct when we get started?
