Create some jquery style animation for a home page

I am looking for a progammer who can help me design a nice looking front end to a home page using some simple jquery style animation. Got to be non-flash

It's basically to show an image of a road in sunlight with a headline over the top.. then animate a translucent black tinted 'visor' lowering over the image and have the headline change (as the home page is to show a new motorcycle helmet with an in built visor).

The animation needs to cycle back and forth.

The animation will take up a large amount of the page also needs to feature a couple of prominant social media link buttons

A print ad has been done showing a static version so all graphics have been done and the style is very simple.
