Create some graphics for a landing page

I'm creating a landing page and need some graphics created and a header for my site.

Would like this done by the end of the week (Sunday).

Require:
Header image (I will send text later)

Text headings x 2 (Turn this... Into this!)

2 snazzy boxes that I will fill with an image later (roughly 200 x 200 pixels)

1 more heading (will provide later) and a graphic to use for a file upload button.

Theme is web 2.0 but professional, its an academic based/job based landing page.

If I like the design I'll probably hire you again for some more landing pages on the same site.
