Create Simple Back end in PHP and Mysql

I want you to create back end to my website using PHP and Mysql:

Create secure admin panel where I can edit content on my website

Home Page:
Image Slider: I want to be able to add/and remove slides to the slider
Front page text: ability to add, edit, update text
Home page portfolio: to show latest image form portfolio

Services Page:
Image Slider: will show same image slides as slider on home page;
Services Text: ability to edit, add and remove text;

Portfolio Page:
Ability to add/remove photos to portfolio, images need to resize automatically to specified size

Contact Us Page:
Ability to add/remove/edit contact details
