Create Short - approx 2min video from material I will supply

I want a short - approximately 2 minute - promotional video creating from material I will provide.This is for the female personal development market and I am looking for someone with creative as well as technical skills who will get a "feel" for the project and work with it accordingly.I need it completed and uploaded to my You Tube Channel by Thursday 13th December (2012!)
1) I have created an MP3/WAV file from a recording I have made via Audacity as the script for the video.
2)I have put together a running order for the video which links to the sound script
3) The video will consist of still images gleaned from the internet, photographs I have taken and - near the start and again at the end - are some video clips to be inserted. These have all been sourced/created and are ready to go.
4) The first of the video clips requires some cutting from the original to turn it into a 22 second clip - instructions are in the running order as to what bits to use.The second one is complete as it is.
5) Two extra things are i) the creation of slides as per the instructions in the document marked "running order" and ii)one extra thing I have not supplied and which I want inserting is music - as indicated in the document.
