I need a boilerplate retainer agreement I can use for my clients.
The services I offer are all web related; design, development, SEO, social media, online community, etc.
The template needs to allow for a variable day rate and number of days I'm retained for per month. As well as a variable duration of the agreement. (When I say variable, I just mean a need a space to put the right number in!)
It should be based on the model that payment is made in advance (on a monthly basis) and non-refundable regardless of the number of hours my services were actively used for.
It should also mention that clients will get priority over other people I may be working for.
The final product should be delivered as a Word or OpenOffice document. I don't want any design elements to it, I'll do that myself.
