Create register and login script to be used

Hey,

basically I want to creat a website that holds products to buy, now I want the website to show these products, without price, then when the user registers, and logs in, the website will have the products with price,

I dont want to actual HTML/CSS doing, its more the php mysql database side of things, so i can then take these files and build a simple site around this feature, its a one off job but possibly if all goes well another one in the pipeline.

preferably want some one in manchester UK so we can meet to discuss everything, If you have done this before successfully then this could be an easy money maker.
