Create message and ad for online campaign

Im looking to create an ad for a campaign to sell a music album. I'm currently looking at just one message and 3 ad sizes, 728x90, 300x250, 120x600 and also one bespoke for size yet to be confirmed. This needs marketing message help, design and creation (we have images : the album cover so not too complicated). I am thinking of swf with gif back up. Looking to have created for campaign start Feb 2nd. Many thanks.
