Create magento site based on existing joomla virtuemart products

I have a joomla virtuemart site that I need converting to magento. I will be using a joomlart template which i have already set up.

I need someone with magento skills but not necessarily joomla skills (as copying everything from joomla is mostly intuitive).

The magento site is already up and running so I need some tweaks, the shop configured and the products added. The tasks I need completed and the products I need migrating are detailed in the attached document.

I am preferably looking for somebody in the Philippines to complete the work (ideally on Cebu - I am not sure if that is a big ask)

I will provide full access to both sites to facilitate the work
