Create JPEG to PSD - Logo

Have had a logo designed sometime ago, looking to use it and only have JPEG and PNG.

Need various formats for print.

PSD
Vector Image (AI)
PNG
JPEG
Transparent White background (PNG)

etc

Logo has already been designed with black background, i'd like it to also be inverted. So black text on a white background.

I'm hoping to get this job done ASAP, so please bid with a reasonable price.

Will be looking at future work if the price is right.
