Create inner pages and CMS for website

I am looking for somebody to create two inner pages and help develop the template home page I have had created. The template also needs coded from PSD to working website, as well as making the website work with a CMS and add a searchable database.

This needs done urgently please be prepared to show me a website with a working CMS system that you have created. No Drupol, Joomla, etc may consider wordpress depends on theme and plugins used.
