Create image of subdivision lots

Description: I want to create an image of subdivision lots overlayed over an image of a map. The purpose of this image is to create an interactive map similar to the map shown at this link:

I have attached a small image of the lots as well as an image of a google maps of the area, which is ault island, ontario, canada.

As per the image, lots 1 - 7 are already sold and should be indicated as such on the finished product.

Lots 8 to 17 are the ones that will complete phase 1.

I would like the size of the finished image to be about 700 - 800 px wide.

In summary, I do NOT need the interactive map, I only need a high quality image of the map with the lots overlayed.
