Create HTML email marketing template

We require a template to use for email marketing purposes. We are a private alcohol and drugs rehabilitation center based in the UK.

The emails will mostly be advertising upcoming events & lectures. So something with our logo, a good looking header, space for a header article with perhaps a couple of horizontal boxes below the fold that can be used to feature some content snippets would be great.

I'm open to creativity but please try to use our colour schemes if possible. The design must be in line with email marketing HTML best practises.
