Create Hotmail.com Account

Hi All,

I'm looking for someone who can create a Hotmail.com account for me. I'm not able to do it as I'm in the UK and on Hotmail it only gives me the option to create Hotmail.co.uk accounts. I have the address and I know it's still available but just need someone either in the US or with the know how to get round the IP issue.

It should be really quick and simple and easy for the right person.
