Create graphic for insertion on a WordPress page.

We have created a sketch of a page that will be uploaded to a WordPress page that needs artwork. The design has already been created by us (see attachment), we just need help creating the artwork. If we work together, we will send you the hand-drawn illustration. Note, we would like to be able to swap out copy or videos with time by ourselves. Artwork would remain the same. If this project goes well, we have seven additional pages that need to be created.
