Create database of hotels in Microsoft Excel from Outlook emails

The pst file linked here (www.dropbox.com/s/mnagyvuqq5reyd7/Luxado%20Emails%20v.2.pst) includes 81 emails. Each e-mail contains details of special offers at various different hotels.

I need someone to extract the following fields from these e-mails and input them into the attached pre-formatted Excel spreadsheet:

- date:(ie date of e-mail)
- hotel name
- location (ie region)
- country
- discount(ie %discount of offer)

I initially require 3 hours of work to determine the quality and speed of the output, but would anticipate there being additional work.
