Create cover and back cover for PDF and insert them

I have a PDF file of a report and the cover and back cover of the report are in a separate file. The cover and back cover bust be cropped slightly to delete the printers bleed instructions and inserted into the PDF so that the final product is the entire report with front and back cover. Please let me know if this doesn't make sense. It should take someone with the actual Adobe software about 10 minutes if not less.
