Create company logo in high-res from scratch

Hi, we have a company logo that we would like to create in high-resolution for use in various materials.
The logo includes the image of the car along with the company name ECONOMY CAR RENTALS. Since this is an old logo, we do not have the editable files in high-res. For the image of the car, we would like to get as close as possible to the current image.

Needs:

1. We would like 3 high-res files:
a) Car + company name
b) Car only
c) company name only

2. Include the editable photoshop file.
