Create bootstrap-based copy of brochure site with CMS & some customisations

Create site template based on design from extant site (twitter bootstrap, I think). Sites will be exactly the same template wise, we will create and add pages using the CMS.

Detailed spec will be provided on all items.

Sites are for printing of customised goods, but have no cart function or online purchasing.

There are six layouts of pages to recreate, all within same framework differing only by column count, menu etc. Some pages have gallery elements, there is a quoting section, a page with left hand menu etc.

Recreate design using placeholder page names and changed HTML element names, changed images, changed asset names from source.
Set up sites on three different webhosting accounts with preferably Django CMS as CMS, CloudFront for static assets.

Set up CMS so we can customise pages once we have content.
Contact form page with form mail.

Some coding for dynamic pricing based on user inputs along decision tree (taking prices from DB).

User account generation, forgot password etc.

Issue PDF based quotation in range of quantities/prices given user input from above.

Send formatted PDF to recipient. Write quote details to DB. Assign unique quote ID.

Implement all the above on three different servers, with placeholder lorem ipsum and images for applicable instances.

Provide some (1hr max)email support for integration and any troubleshooting once we start adding content.
