Create balsamiq mockups from theme forest sites

I'm looking to have wireframes created in Balsamiq out of themes from Theme Forest.

There will be 4 sites to start with that include inside pages as well, about 4 wireframes per site so a total of 16 pages.

They will be for printing on A4, but include all essential info so I can present to clients before building a site.

I would expect 1 wireframe to take about 15 minutes so a total of about 4 hours work.
