Create backend functions on Kohana built website

We have recently had our new website finished and launched on a Kohana platform which we are very pleased with. Unfortunately the current developer has subsequently taken on a large project and therefore can't commit to our next phase of our web development.

There are a couple of things to tidy up on the current site, things like:-
- Twitter box not showing tweets
- Editable entries not saving the new edited information ie email address
- Sending multiple emails to people in a group instead of one by one
- And a few more like that...

In addition I would like to add an editable box on our order confirmation that are only seen by a backend user:-
- editable box for further comments (saving comments with author name and time/date) - once added cannot be changed, but can add another comment etc.
