Create appealing eBook using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro

We want to create a nicely looking e-book with Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro and need a professional to sit down with us and explain to us what we can do and how this works.

We have a management book of approximately 18-15 pages which we want to put together and present in a compelling way; some of the features we already noted are:
How to:
• add a flash movie in the beginning and at the end?!
• copy-protect but make possible to print?!
• create company-specific details and signature?!
• set security settings

We are also interested in what else we are able to do and which features are available to make the booklet more lively and engaging (e.g. pop-ups, glossary).
