Create and run digital ads remotely

This is a start-up situation offering the right person an opportunity to "get in the ground floor". I am negotiating with a small chain of five shops to place digital signage screens in their windows, running (initially) 15-second static ads for local businesses in the area. We will invite potential advertisers to view - on the screen closest to their business - a generic ad for their trade, and when the order is placed I want to be able to simply upload appropriate images and text for that specific business.

I am a chartered accountant and recently sold my website www.oas.co.uk to homeaway.co.uk. I know what is required to make this innovastive concept work, but I am not familiar with the both the media and content software. Initially I require some 20 templates for the usual high street businesses and trades for which I will pay £50 each, and anticipate offering more sophisticated ads (eg video, animation etc), once the business is established and we can offer the concept nationwide to help struggling independent businesses on Britain's high streets take advantage of the growth and potentail of DOOH (Digital Out Of Home)

You must be experienced in graphic design and if necessary, willing to learn the software from digitalsignage.com.

I see DOOH as the biggest thing in advertising since commercial television. However, I'm 75 and I want to retire in the not too distant future. I would prefer to hook up with someone within commuting distance of London NW, but you will be working from home, so that's not essential if you're the right person.
