Create an Umbraco website this weekend

I have setup an Umbraco website using the business starter kit and the Sweetas skin - see http://www.ourfamilychronicle.org/

I now need to customise the generic business site to make my own site. This involves:

1. changing the banner 'Business Site' to 'UniEntry', adding logos, etc.
2. Changing the tabs to Home, Internship, Courses, Friends, Partners
3. Creating pages for above tabs with subpages
4. Enabling content management so non-technical people can add text and images to the pages/ subpages.

You should have good experience of doing this sort of work and be able complete the task this weekend - 11-12 May
