Create an Excel Spread sheet

1)I have approx 4 excel spread sheets each with a between 2-400 names on them that I want to have put on to one spread sheet
2) I have additional lists of names that I want added to the final Excel list. These are in the form of distribution lists on my Microsoft Outlook address book system which won't import to Excel. I also have them as Word documents.
3)I want to create a single excel spread sheet of contacts and get rid of duplicate names.
