Create an email service

create web mail that like hotmail,gmail,ymail that have other functionality.

Requirement :
1. the mail should have clean look
2. when user click the mail it will open the overlayer to show the email content
3. have to do list/task list, calendar that can send alert to smartphone (maybe need to have apps to be installed at the phone ?)
4. user can create grouplist
5. user can create macro to group email/email subject
6. user can have custom signature/out of office
7. must have quick database search and web loading (developer need to suggest with the program, I willing to buy the software)
8. developer must create a workflow/flowchart about how the code work
9. must be able to develop similar apps for smartphone (android,iphone,Blackberry)
10. is it possible to have some sort feature like dropbox ??the idea will be the user can compose the email offline and when it connected online it will automatic send the email

there is a probablity for the team to support for ongoing maintenance and add-on (willing to pay)

Maybe you can also suggest good spam filter product or you can make one (different pricing)
