Create an elearning module

I need to prepare an estimate to produce something similar to this elearning module:

If required we can provide the medical modelling and animation - please let me know what you are capable of delivering. Not sure of timing at this stage. Assume same length and complexity. Solution will need to work with standard elearning platforms (some hand holding will be required!)
