Create a world map using our logo for pixels

We would like to create a map that is made from smaller versions of our company logo.

We then want to be able to show major cities on this map by being able to select a city and the relevant logo pixel will glow, increase in size of have some simple animation. Once we have selected around 80 or so cities, we would like the map to show the locations on a random basis as a looping animation.

I have attached three files, one is a sample map, the second is our logo, the third is the airport listing.

This is an urgent project that we would like to get completed by Tuesday October 1st afternoon.
