Create a website for my company

We are a new age lead generation company looking for someone to create our company website. We are looking for design & development. The website should be a few pages, and to be honest we have a live site example of what we want and we just request a little design/color scheme/formatting changes from the site we provide.

In addition, I bought our domain on godaddy and I just need help getting it set up for hosting as well as a basic logo.

We know how easy it is to just copy and change the code if we provide a website we want to clone, so please keep your bids realistic.
