Create a typography/word art/word cloud design

Using the attached basketball image (the middle image of the black basketball with white seams), I am looking for someone to take the words I supply and create a word cloud in the shape of this basketball. I would like the final product to look like the picture I have attached of the orange basketball word cloud with black seams

Some additional specifics are as follow:

Font: Helvetica bold

Color: I would like two versions of the job, one that is a red basketball with grey seams and another that is a blue ball with grey seams. The pantone colors for the red, blue and grey are as follows:

RED: 100M, 80Y, 10K (pantone S91-1)

BLUE: 100C, 75M, 15Y, 30K (pantone S213-1)

GREY: 15C, 60K (pantone 327-5)

I 'd like to get an adobe illustrator file and illustrator eps file.

Basketball: Please treat the seams the same way as in the attached picture (where the word hits the seam, the color changes to the color of the seam). Also, note that the words curve around the edge of the ball and all of the word are horizontal.

Words: will be supplied when the proposal is accepted. 3-5 words will need to be placed in the middle of the ball.
