Create a text-based video

I'd like to have my business manifesto as a video instead of a text. It's 120 words.

No voiceover required, however I need some creativity in the design and animation of the text.

See the text attached. It's not an urgent job I'd just like to have it done nicely and simply and hopefully on a good budget.
